After 16 years managing mission-critical infrastructure for security operations across Australia and New Zealand, I've seen what happens when systems fail—and more importantly, how to prevent it. I've supported over 60 production servers operating 24/7, responded to emergency incidents at all hours, and built automation tools that eliminate the manual work businesses shouldn't be doing.

Before that, I spent 4 years as an independent IT consultant, developing custom software solutions and implementing large-scale access control systems, including work at international mine sites.
